Welcome to Meadow Lake golf and winter resort! This residence is the upper level condo of an up and down town home that was split into two units. Since there are tenants below you, you may be able to hear them from below and sometimes clearly. The town home is privately located in the highly desirable Oakmont loop area. This property sits inside a resort community but does not have access to resort amenities, (Pools and Splash parks) but does have its own separate pool for the neighborhood. The onsite golf course is open to the public and offers advanced tee times. Other amenities include tennis court and a children's playground. **Pool is only open in the summer from approximately Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day.

This residence is the upper level of an up and down town home that was split into two units. This residence is the upper right hand unit and contains two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Within the condo you will find it warm and inviting. Warm by the wood fireplace in winter or on cool summer days. For those hot summer days, we have central A/C. The residence flows perfectly with an open concept living room, dinning area and kitchen. This unit is all located on the main level. A large deck off the living room is perfect for entertaining. The residence includes wood flooring in the living room, stainless steel appliances, tiled bathroom floors, vaulted ceilings, granite counters and a gas fireplace. The living room has a large flatscreen with cable. Wifi is provided as well. You will have full access to the garage from this unit as well.

Meadow Lake golf resort is located in beautiful Columbia Falls and is centrally located. 15 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Glacier National Park, 30 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort and of course 10 minutes downtown Columbia Falls.

We have a 60 day cancellation policy. More than 60 days notice full refund minus $100 administrative fee. Less than 60 days no refunds.

This was the perfect location for us as we explored GNP, Colombia Falls, Whitefish and the surrounding areas. It had everything we needed and close access to the pool and hot tub after a long day hiking. The communication was great and everything was really comfortable. Great beds! We enjoyed our stay greatly, it was so clean which. Was imperative with babies crawling on the floor. The pool/hot tub was a perfect way to un wind with the family. The pool could have used cleaning, but the rental itself was really good. Could hear the downstairs guests, I assume they heard us too so it was mutually exchanged

Things I liked: The condo is new and very spacious. Everything was contemporary and all appliances very nice. 70" big screen TV, big fridge and freezer, pantry, great bathrooms, etc. Things I didn't like: the family room (with big screen TV), had a large window without any covering that allowed the people in the next door condo to sit at their kitchen table and watch our every movement and activity. Also the second bedroon had no screen on the window which allowed a lot of very creepy bugs to pour in who became bed partners! I contacted the management group and they promised to fix these items...might be worth verifying before renting.

Glacier National Park getaway

Columbia Falls was a perfect place to stay for Our trip. It was between Whitefish and Glacier National Park. Our rental was perfect. It was new and clean and well stocked for our needs.
