Broken elevator

I requested main floor. My husband is handicapped. We were put on the second floor but the elevator was broke. Then our room was furthest away from the steps. Never again!!!!

Everything was great except for the pool had so much chlorine that we could not swim because it was so strong we couldn’t breathe in our eyes were burning severely one of the things that we wanted in a hotel when we were staying was a pool and we did not get to Enjoy it and we brought it to the front desk tension and they never checked it because it was just as bad the next day

Our room was clean and fresh and the bed was excellent for a good night’s rest. The breakfast area was nice and clean and we had a good a good selection for breakfast.
