The room was perfect but my husband & baby were put out and I had a late check out. Yes they were let back in after I called but what if i wouldn't have been able to.call. The room service staff should have went & asked someone when he told them that we had a late check out, instead they were heartless and this was in a whole different state from where we live.

The hotel and room were clean, the beds were comfy, the room was also spacious. The hotel is well located near restaurants and Fort Jackson. My only complaint is that the breakfast was terrible. I would rate our overall stay a 4.5/5

I had a great experience at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbia Southeast Fort Jackson. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. Que at the front desk checked me in, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the process quick and easy and gave me a genuinely warm welcome after a long day of travel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and modern—exactly what you hope for in a Home2 Suites. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel was ok. Staff was friendly. We stayed in an accessible room with roll in shower. There was no grab bars and the roll in shower was not a roll in shower. We asked for more pillows and blankets for pull out bed but hotel had only one pillow and no blankets. We could not believe that a Hilton hotel had no sheets or pillows to give us and my wife thinks the one pillow they gave us was dirty. We will not stay here again
