The hotel was not at all what it was advertised. We were not expecting anything fancy but it was gross. Stains on the couches, dried urine behind the toilet, cigarette ashes on the toilet seat, smelled like old cigarette smoke (and it was supposed to be a smoke free facility). VERY outdated and dark. Each room was almost $400/ night (game weekend in a college town) and they are probably the worst rooms I have ever seen. Extremely disappointed and the rooms were non-refundable.

The room had hair and other items in it from the last person. The bathroom temp control knob was broken and the tub was clogged . The owner fixed the both thinhs when i said something about it . Staff was ok. Only had one complaint about the orange juice machine not working said something . Asked about sawpping the juices around so i could get some and got a strang look. Three days later the hole machine was down even thoue it was just the orange juice portionof the unit.

Room was clean, bed clean comfy pillows, bed mattress not comfy. Bathroom clean, however bathtub didn’t look clean. Ice machine was out of order by my room. Breakfast looked decent but I didn’t eat anything. Not a breakfast person. Had a flag pole but no flag. Overall, convenient location and doable for overnight. When booking be sure to ask for any discounts, like AARP otherwise won’t get it

Mostly Low Cost and Clean

This had been my favorite stop when travelling along I-70 in Missouri. Since my last visit, in 2021, the place has deteriorated a bit. The ice machine was of commission. there was a sticky spot in front of the TV. There were no cups in the room. There was a coffee maker, but no cups. I mentioned it to the desk clerk, and she just shrugged. The dining area was not swept. Table had food scrap on it. I may look for alternatives next time.

This property was so dirty that we didn’t want to use the shower. The property was poorly maintained and the staff was untrained. It took them over 45 minutes to check us in. The problem was between the hotel and Expedia. We will not use this hotel again.

BLOOD ON BEDDING??? There was dried blood on the bedding, and other stains. Comforter smelled so bad. Drain in shower was clogged and water filled to my ankles. Hair on the floor and in some in the bed. Just gross.

Door to bathroom was painted with a flat finish. There were dirty hand prints all over the door, inside and out, from opening and closing the door. Mold in between shower tiles. Faucet for shower, would normally turn one direction or the other for hot and cold. Initially no water at all until I figured out you had to unscrew the handle until it almost fell off to get any water.

This Quality Inns and Suite has easy access to I70. The prices are great and it's clean and reasonable. This is my 'go to' when staying in Columbia.

The room was filthy. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, there was dust on every surface, and the bathroom smelled like mildew. Towels were stained and the bed sheets didn’t look freshly washed. For the price, this was unacceptable. Definitely would not stay I usually don’t complain, but this hotel really needs to improve its cleaning standards. The bathroom had hair left behind, and the bedding didn’t feel clean. Staff were friendly, but that doesn’t make up for how uncomfortable it felt to stay in such an unkempt room.

Do not stay here.

Do not stay here. They charged us 250 dollars because i used a hand towel to clean a cut on my 85 year old father in laws leg. Because there was blood in the room. No, it was on a hand towel and a smear on the bed sheet. They thought we had a young girl on her period in the room. Yes they said that. We offered to pay for the two pieces, a hand towel andfitted sheet, they said no. It is shameful that women who have menstrual accidents and elderly with thin skin are treated so poorly. Will never use this brand again.

1.) This Quality inn & Suites was not clean at all. Rooms were too humid and bed sheets were not even washed along with the bath towels. 2.) As soon as we got there our rooms were filthy, also the microwave and fridge were not clean well. 3.) They wanted to move us rooms but the following room had stains on walls, broken doors, rugs torn apart, and not up to health and housing standard. 4.) The fridges would leak and i heard someone slip and fall in their room. 5.) There is not continental breakfast in this Quality Inn & Suites 6.) As the A/C would turn on it would smell like weed 7.) Sinks would also clogged up and not drain. I DO NOT!!!! RECOMMEND THIS STAY TO NOBODY!!!
