Washcloths were stained or dirty with make up. Sheets were dingy and pilled. Decor is dated. Booked this place because it was a bargain for 1 night...we got what we paid for. Reception desk and breakfast staff were friendly. We did not use the pool or fitness center.

Room was spacious and clean. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. We had to ask for an additional toilet paper roll since there was little paper for the one in the roll in the bathroom. Also, the shower curtain liner was not attached correctly so I fixed it.

I love staying at Stoney Creek. It is always clean. The staff is great. This was the first time that we stayed and our bed in room 153 was not comfortable. The head of the bed was couple inches lower than the foot. So my husband rotated mattress but did not help. Was a restless night.

Rooms need to be cleaned far better than what they are. Food on the walls, carpet through the hallways and rooms were filthy. Paid for a king with tub and it was full of hair.

We love this hotel. We have dogs and they accept them happily. Staff is always nice, friendly and accommodating. But... Room was all dusty and we stepped on dog food pieces left on the carpet. Shower dripped all night long..
