Compensation would be welcome. So my name

The room was dirty. We asked them to clean it. They never cleaned it. We followed up with three consecutive calls to the front desk in which they had brought us the wrong size sheet three times in a row and our hot tub was dirty. So our last night we stayed. We slept with the queen size sheet they provided

1. Check-in was smooth. I was given a backside room with a balcony. 2. The hottub was large & hot. 3. The pool is both indoor & ourdoor even in the winter. 4. The kitchen was able to keep up with a large breakfast crowd. 5. There's a bar open daily in the evening. 6. The attention to detail on every piece of woodwork, lighting, furniture, & wall decor was precise.

**Excellent Stay – Clean, Friendly, and Convenient** Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The **room was extremely clean**, well-maintained, and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. It’s clear that housekeeping takes great care in ensuring everything is spotless. The **staff was incredibly friendly and helpful**, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude made a big difference in our overall experience. Parking was another highlight—it was **well-lit and easily accessible**, giving us peace of mind when coming and going at night. The hotel’s **location was also very quiet**, allowing for a restful night’s sleep without any disturbances. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A confirmation means nothing

After booking our stay with hotels.com we were called by our hotel as soon as we got to town 4.5 hours from home that they were over booked. We even payed for the insurance! And were left searching for a room last minute! Hotels.com left us stranded!
