When we checked in, there was an unexpected deposit that I was not informed of when booking & pre-paying for the hotel room. There was one pillow for each bed, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The toilet continuously ran throughout the entire stay. The channels on the cable tv didn’t play anything kid-friendly.

Checked in went down to see the pool. It was freezing cold you couldn’t swim in it indoors went back to my room saw a cockroach about a half inch long killed it a little later saw a second cockroach about a half inch long killed it and then a couple hours later I’m sitting on the bed and a cockroach crawled up that was over an inch long Went down and asked for a different room. They said they were full and couldn’t move me refuse to reimburse me. I checked out anyway, and went to a different hotel.
