There is an Applebee’s connected to this hotel that’s why I stayed there restaurant crowded packed placed in order to go waited one hour finally asked about my order and it has been sitting in the back

I have stayed at this hotel half a dozen times, but will look elsewhere next trip. The room itself is fine - bed is okay and the tv allows for logging in to streaming services. However, the hotel is quite spread out and there is only one elevator, which means a hike if you need to use it. (Downstairs hall entry door was locked so I had to use it.) Also, there was only one coffee pod in a room booked for two, but it didn't matter since the coffee maker didn't work. I informed the front desk and received a very polite "thank you for letting us know," but they did not offer to bring another one! The cleaners get started early, so there were multiple carts in hallways and some added noise. The best thing about this hotel is that there is a restaurant inside it, and that is a nice benefit at the end of a long day on the road.

Changed rooms 3 times because bottom floor rooms musty smell and 1 bathroom sink smelled . Moved to 2 nd floor not musty smell but bathroom sink when ran watwr smelled like bad bacteria from drain or extra drain run off. Window inside was very dirty. Just needs little more better cleaning. Staff all were very friendly and helpful.
