This was a very special stay. Just pased through for one night, though we didn’t stay long, the atmosphere of this property was a delight to experience. Renovations to the property has made for an interesting layout. Almost feels like a world of its own once you step inside. I would absolutely recommend staying if you’re looking for a unique experience.

One of the reason I booked the hotel was that there is a pool. And it was closed for whatever the reason. And the concierge didn’t know what the reason was nor told that it was closed. It might have been an off season (mid-July). But it was in convenient location- close to White Sands and Truth or Consequences. The property is quite big and clean.

Our stay started off ok...then we had to be at the cleaning staff standards..coukd not sleep in..Had trouble getting necessities for daily use..If we slept in..there would be no service only from front desk..Maids walking on my grandchildren asleep/bathroom..I do not recomme d this place..we had stayed there before..BUT nothing like this last time.It seems this hotel wants quantity and not quality!!It is going through renovation..this could have been added to brochure when you are seeking a hotel for traveling purposes..I was very disappointed when they said they didnt have the resturant/bar open..knowing this i would have selected else where.. 😞 I paid good money for this hotel.. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Apon arrival The room was did not have the air conditioner on. So it was 85° when we came inside. It took almost 2 hours for it to cool down enough to fall asleep in the morning. And I was woken up by the automated system. Texting me 8 times wanting to know when I was checking out. I asked about breakfast like it said was on the reservation. They don't serve breakfast on Mondays or Tuesdays. That would have been nice. I would have gone elsethe bathroom had black molded in it. I opted for a late check out but left before the checkout time and still was charged.It's really sad because I've stayed at this hotel before and had a really great time.And it's definitely gone down here

This property appears to be transitioning from a motel into a hotel. The remodel is very poor and seems to be going very slowly. The indoor pool was directly across from our room and was very noisy and the chlorine smell was very strong. Next time I’ll pay a little extra and stay at one of the newer hotels in the area.
