Room was comfy, clean and cold. Can hear the planes but we’re right next to the airport what do you expect. 5/5 stars

Very close and easy walk to disneyland. The only thing that was not as nice as some other hotels is that the staff did not fill things such as toilet paper or clean very well, but overall would recommend because of the close and easy walk.

The shuttle bus services not good. The driver’s attitude is below par. There are too much noises from the air conditioner inside my room which made me hard to sleep. Water pressure in the bathroom is a bit weak.

Clean rooms, good food and overall everything was good.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is even nicer and more spacious than the pictures. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet with a zen theme. Microwaves are on the 10th and 14th floor. No swimming pool though! Loved the four restaurants on site most closing at midnight. Love the outdoors couches and lounge at the receiving area! The shuttle from & to the airport is really helpful. Great hotel to stay at!
