Heater sounded like a jet engine and bathroom sink drains smelled like raw sewage when told about this issue I was refunded 117$ for parking. That would have been ok except when I checked in I asked if I needed to pay for parking. They said no don't worry about it it's on us. So upon the checkout and complaint I was charged and then refunded for parking that was supposed to be comped anyway. And I still haven't received the refund that was processed last friday

Great location!

Great location!! Pool was nice. Food convenience was great! Pizza and boba shop was good!! Not much noise from the other rooms which was great! ( only minor complaint is mattress, but that’s every hotel and Very noising mini fridge that went off many times through out the night)

The hotel was nice. We stayed in a suite but they don’t have any parking close to the room . The room bath room is not very private. Also the suite rooms are below the restaurant on the 5th floor so its kinda loud above until about 10pm The view from the room of the park is nice.
