We stayed in the main tower fourth floor. Due to the restaurant being on the upper level the noise level in the rooms were noticeable. The hotel does warn you about this.

This hotel is really nice. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. A short walk to Disneyland. We really enjoyed The pizza from the Pink Pig Boba Pizza place. Also, the food at Mama Katau was really good. We got our Target order delivered with no problems at all.

Been staying here for years now has always been my go to. In the past year or 2 of staying here it has just been quite the disappointment. Everything still looks the same nothing has been remodeled or fixed, rooms are rushed being cleaned since room service isn't available everyday, so a lot of stuff gets missed.

always convenient location. check in staff was great. however after checking out the next day i received a charge of 58 dollar on my credit card. after calling some one in the staff told me that i was charge that fee for leaving my car in the parking lot pass check out. which i didn’t i depart the next day at 920 am. some how with out verifying my actual car which i registered they applied a fee for a completely different car that wasn’t mine. after going back in forth speaking to management/ staff for 4days they refunded the fee without an apology. this was very inconvenient as they failed to in customer service. this could have been handle better by staff and management by communicating and expediting this issue.
