Amazing receptionist! Friendly and caring. We had an awesome stay for the festival that weekend. Used the pool and hot tub. So much fun. Great continental breakfast! Thank you!

Just ok

Hotel is definitely in need of some updates and a thorough cleaning. Room heater/AC unit wasn't working well as was clogged with dust. Unpainted patched holes in the wall and rust in the tub. On a good note, bed was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom and food on the floor like it had never been cleaned. The “gym” is not a gym. None of the equipment works. They have some free weights. It has also not been cleaned in awhile and had no wipes to clean what equipment did work yourself. I do not recommend.

The positive is their breakfast although no plates...just bowls! Has an elevator but not working then working. Room on 2nd floor hauling luggage up stairs as senior. Carpet in hallway looked like needed a vacuum! Our bed sank in the middle. Parking lot is too small. Tight parking.

Elevator issues

Hotel elevator had issues where it would stop on second floor and drop a foot before continuing to third floor… notified front desk and they put out of order on elevator… but maintenance said it was working and took signs down… issue was not addressed

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Run down. Dirty looking doors. I think they may just need painting. I’m not sure they can be cleaned. The pillows are like boards. I didn’t want to touch anything. The worst experience I’ve had in a long, long time. Breakfast was a joke. The lady at the front desk was nice and efficient when we checked in.
