Our stay began with a friendly and warm greeting from Kevin at the front desk. Kevin was super helpful and made us feel at home. I was exhausted from a long drive and Kevin was super efficient getting us checked in. I dropped a bag unloading our car and Kevin tracked it down and called us to reunite us with our bag. He’s a superstar!!
The room was great although the phone handset wasn’t charged. We were able to use the speaker phone though so no big deal.
We had a drink in the bar along with our two dogs. The servers were so friendly and accommodating and brought water for our dogs, along with goodie bags when we were leaving!
The only downside was the burger ordered from room service which was tiny and didn’t come rare as ordered. The rest of our order, a Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail were great.
My family has been staying here for years and it just keeps getting better. The staff is always lovely and the recent renovation is great. It’s relatively expensive for the area but well worth it because the whole staff consistently goes above and beyond for their guests.
