Was charged twice for deposit and the deposit were not returned. The staffs foreign accent was so thick I was barely able to communicate with them. The bathroom faucet leaked out onto the sink when the water was turned on. Floor at the baseboard area was dirty. It was obvious that if the vacuum didn’t clean it up it wasn’t going to get cleaned.The food for breakfast was only brought out in amounts to feed about 3 people. I watched as several people did without eggs or sausage because there wasn’t any in the trays. We went in to eat at 8:30 and there wasn’t even any waffle mix available. We won’t ever stay there again.

Great but the lights went out

Stay was great…Until the city of Cleveland’s power blew out and we couldn’t have breakfast or air conditioning in the last few hrs. Hopefully they give us some type of compensation. 4/18/25
