Very nice hotel. Staff s always very friendly. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and just a few minutes away from the Woodlands Mall. Very nice and clean. This hotel does not have a breakfast room as other hotels do, but hey have a restaurant/bar on the first floor.

The room was adequate for needs, some slight disrepair. The only menu offering was for dinner and happy hour. No breakfast menu was offered.. My number one complaint was that it was very noisy with doors opening and closing all night long, people talking and running up and down the hall it as though every guest was booked on the fourth floor. Not at all a restful evening. No interaction with staff other than a gentlemen taking my credit card for incidentals, which were not used and is still pending on my card. Very disappointing for such a once well established hotel brand. Will not be using this facility again.

Our stay was truly unforgettable thanks to the excellent staff and Ms. Avis. I loved the peaceful, secluded setting away from the busy freeway, and the on-site restaurant offered exceptional dining options for both dinner and breakfast.
