READ REVIEW! Fairfield inns & Suites will cancel!!

We arrived around midnight after traveling all day. I called ahead around 8:00 PM to let them about the late arrival. The front desk manager said they should would document it and assured me the room would be available. Upon arrival I was informed that the manager canceled our room because of overbooking. I had already paid for the room in full through Hotels.com. We then had to find a room at another local hotel and pay more. Extremely unprofessional and rude!

The breakfast was consumed by a college baseball team that had booked rooms for the night. Poor planning on management's part to not make sure there was enough food variety for everyone.
