The bed was comfortable.
TV was barely attached to the wall. We didn't dare try to turn it toward the bed.
Sofa was "broken down". Extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Hard to believe this is classified as a suite. You sure didn't mind charging us at a suite rate.

Check was unpleasant— the front desk clerk was dismissive & rude and was more interested in having her EarPods in place. Very dirty room. We requested Non-smoking but the room smelled musty faint cigarettes. The sheets were stained and had some hair strands!! The bathroom was dirty and we did our own wipe down. Sting on toilet paper — 1 roll had few sheets left and the 2nd roll had barely 1/3 full. Our room carpet was very dirty and had sticky patches here and there.

The customer service rep, on arrival was welcoming. My concerns were with the facilities. The first floor door for the stairs was not connected to the hinges.This is supposed to be a secure fire door but it would not close.
