Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Discovered the time I spent filling out pre check-in link, taking picture of ID & giving credit card information prior to arrival was a waste of time (said they didn’t receive the information). They keep $5 of your credit card deposit for processing fee. You can pay cash but have to checkout & wait for them to check your room before getting it back. They know no one is going to do that. Room was decent in cleanliness other than a terrible smell like maybe a prior occupant had a pet & stayed several days. The smell did seem to leave after a couple of hours with door open & bathroom vent on. Don’t waste your time responding to the text message after check-in instructing you to respond to the text if you need anything. Sent a couple of messages inquiring about a cot & never responded. Walked down to front desk to discover front desk clerk outside chatting on phone. Maybe this is why they don’t respond? Not sure maybe system is broken & they don’t realize. Front desk clerk very unfriendly so I didn’t bother to try to letting know the message issue. Price is same a comparable rooms in the area. I would choose a different location in the future
