The staff was super kind, accommodating, supportive, and diligent in their efforts to take care of guests. However, the facility is run down and dirty. Showers are disgusting, so are toilets (toilet seat was loose). Beds are lousy, walls are thin (you'll hear EVERYTHING that happens in the adjacent rooms, including flushing of toilets), and it just needs a serious renovation effort to justify the amount charged for these tiny rooms. The staff tries to make up for it as well as they can, but in the end it's not worth the money!

Fast internet. the management was very clear about how rural Cooke city was. no cell phone service. only basic groceries in the area (2 gas station markets). check in was easy. very organized. good attention to detail.

I love this town. It was my first time visiting Cook city and I will definitely be back. My partner has been there before and has already fallen in love with a place which is why we went. This is definitely places in Montana.

Clean enough, just everything was in need of an upgrade or was never of any quality whatsoever. Nice reception guy and beds we’re comfortable in the bedding was clean. Just a real dive!

After a long day in Yellowstone it was nice to stop and rest for the night before heading back down the Bear Tooth at nighttime. This town closes up at 8:30pm and we barely got there in time to eat dinner....plan accordingly :)
