I am not used to going to a hotel and not being able to walk in the lobby at night (not a bad thing) but we checked in through a plexiglass which was really easy and convenient. The view from our room, as we had a patio, was gorgeous so being able to look at the sunset and the mountains at night and sunrise in the morning was incredible. The breakfast food is not anything special, there wasn't any fresh fruit or eggs which was a little disappointing. The outdoor pool was nice to swim around in. I think the only real complaint I had was the water pressure in the shower and tub was basically nonexistent. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

No water pressure no compensation no shower

The room was clean and all was well until the morning time and there was no water at all. Well, there was water in the sink, but with low pressure, unable to shower unable to flush the toilet. I understand it wasn’t the motel’s fault but they did not even consider any kind of compensation, even though the whole purpose was to be able to shower for work I could’ve easily stayed in my van overnight

Overall the rooms were clean. Needs some remodelong as the age of thr facility is showing. No hot water except the shower. Coffee machine only worked 50% of the time; no ice bucket available (minor inconvenience).

Subpar and broken down hotel

My credit card was charged the $100 deposit. Never had any hotel actually charge the card for the deposit. When we asked about it, we were told it would come off by 1000 am the next day and it never did. I am disputing with my credit card.

Everything was great. Ive stayed a few times in the past. The only thing i didnt care for was that the mattress was way to hard. It felt like i was sleeping on concrete. Other than that everything was great.

Lesson learned!

The staff was rude. Black mold in the room and wet plaster in the bathroom. Then try to keep some of my money for a lump that was in the bathroom and it was there when I checked in.
