I booked on Expedia and nothing said a $40.cash security deposit to check in. I would have lost all my money if I hadn't got the money wired to me cuz I was broke after booking the room... The lady was nasty about it and said I would loose over 160. If I can't get cash.. and after I got the cash set to Walmart and then checked in the walls are paper thin and u can hear everything next door and it sounds like a stomping party upstairs until like 3 am... Ugh I will never stay there again ... If I could rate it a -100 that would be a good rate for it.

Be mindful that the hotel requires a cash deposit when checking in. Did not explain why. They conveniently have an ATM in the lobby which charges a service fee. Was not happy about this at all.

The clerk was very friendly and understanding.I booked a few mins after midnight,needing immediate checkin.The date said for“tonight”so I assumed it was for the present moment as in tonight as in right now.I booked,was charged,and headed to the office.The clerk informed me that check in wasn't until 3pm.My confusion came from it being right after midnight.I couldn’t change it or get a refund.I needed a room now,even if it was only for a few hrs.Then I had another problem.I used to stay here years ago when I was in active addiction.Needless to say I had been flagged as a really bad guest.The clerk told me I couldn’t stay.I explained to him that I’m not that person anymore.I told him my story,my accomplishments and how much my life has changed in the past 3yrs of sobriety.He looked at me and said he was gonna give me a chance.He let me stay.I was shocked.It felt good knowing that he wasn’t holding my past against me.He was very encouraging and congratulated me.That meant alot.I told him he didn’t have to worry,I wasn’t gonna cause any problems.First thing I do is check beds.There were NO BEDBUGS on either bed.The walls are thin, there was a big gap at bottom of door that adjoined to the next room.I put a towel in the gap to block noise from neighbors.Comfortable beds, clean sheets.Room needs deep cleaning for sure.Tub was dirty,needs scrubbed.But for the price and treatment from the clerk, I would book again. Our room was not even ready when arrived at 4pm. Was told we had to wait at least 20 minutes. When we got into our room they only had 2 bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. Called front desk and I had to go down to lobby to receive said towels. WiFi was horrible, took forever to connect and my granddaughters phone never connected.
