The hotel was clean. And the receptionists at the front desk that checked us in was very pleasant. But unfortunately the morning lady was not as friendly and welcoming especially when I asked for the pool area to me opened. And I received the same unpleasant and unwelcoming energy from her. Plus she wasn't nice to the kids when they thanked her for opening the pool area.

Everything was perfect. Women who worked at the front counter was super amazing! Sameone was giving her a hard time and she handled it like a champ. Kept her composure and was able to check us in without issues.

Nice sized room. Very clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They were always checking in on me to see if we needed anything. After leaving I thought I left my house keys in the room and the woman at the front desk went up and personally searched my room for the keys. Amazing service!

The rooms are very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, but the water was freezing. If it was heated, I would’ve given it a five star.

Clean room and bathroom. Housekeeping only other day unless requested. Very dated exercise equipment in a small room with only 5 or so pieces of equipment. Pool also very small. Breakfast would be better with fresh eggs for cooked offerings. Similarly, orange juice did not taste like orange juice on 1st day.
