When we arrived at our room the bathroom, specifically the toilet, was slightly dirty. The walls around the bathroom was also dirty. When you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet cause it’s a curtain shower.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any request we had. Hector was especially attentive and welcoming. Our room was bright & tidy, my only qualm was there was a moldy odor in the room.
