Amazing hotel. Upon arrival they had already checked me in. I actually went to their sister hotel to check in and when I realized it, it was too late to head to this hotel because I would miss my concert. I called to let them know the concert would not be over until midnight and I wouldn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. Everything from check in, to our comfy King bed and nicely chilled room. The property was super clean & well kept. Our room walked out to the pool which was spectacular. Only reason I gave the room 4 stars was due to a stall smell in our room. Otherwise it was an amazing stay.

The service, the staff in general, all of them treated us excellent. We felt like home far of home. This year we came with our Down Syndrome Son for the Doral Fashion Week, next year we will come for vacation.

I am so disappointed of this hotel because the bathroom door didn’t close and we called front desk and they sent maintenance. (Maintenance guy was so cordial and polite btw) it took almost about 2 hours to get it fixed but when I called front desk to complain and look for options I was told NO we are sold out and that’s it. Nothing offered, not even an apology. I won’t be coming back to this hotel ever again.
