Hello, Our recent stay was not terrible, the rooms were very clean, the hotel looked very nice. The only issue is that the customer service was terrible. When we checked in the front desk employee was not hospitable, he seemed like he was annoyed that we were there. The line to the front desk was very long and there was another employee at the desk but did not help the line. The men that valet our car was grumpy and seemed like we were bothing them. The only person that was extra friendly and made our stay pleasant was Carlitos the bartender. He greeted as we sat down and chit chatted with us the entire time. He made our stay worthwhile, thank you Carlitos.

We arrived and were told that they had no rooms left . They put us in a very terrible room with so called single beds. We had to argue to finally get a decent room. The manager was so rude and unbelievable attitude.

Family with 3 small children at pool all day, screaming, crying etc. (one to small to be potty trained, yet in the pool..yuk!! ) very disruptive to all the other guests. There should be rules!!!

Great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly, and it was clear that good service is a priority. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The only thing I will note was that the room floors were not so clean, and left your socks/feet dirty after walking around. Otherwise, 10/10 experience, and will return. Location is very convenient, with a grocery store, mall, and food options within 5min walking distance. About 15-20min from MIA and 30-35min from cruise terminal.
