Global inn coos bay

The staff were excellent , very nice very attentive. The room itself was ok , basic , but the bathtub had 2 areas of rust in the bottom , not appealing to have to shower in . Probably will avoid this hotel in the future.

Great location near bay, but very adjacent to a major thoroughfare; not much to do about that noise factor--like being in a big city.

Place was filthy and door would not close all the way. Refused to get shower and slept in cloths because it was so dirty. Didn’t feel safe and only stayed because it was late and we were desperate.

Dont stay here ever!!!

Worst room ever. Could not shower because of black looking mold on grout. Room had musty mildew smell. Was next to restaurant and super noisey all night.

In The Heart of Coos Bay

The Global Inn hotel was a great place to stay near many restaurants and stores. Beautiful views of Coos Bay and some of the small islands it holds. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was great. Easy access to all that Coos Bay has to offer.

It's a good motel. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. In the room with the king bed, not much room around the bed, and the pillows were extremely thin but otherwise good. Close to the bay. Breakfast was minimal but decent.

Good for a budget motel

It's good for a budget motel. Friendly staff and the motel as a whole is taken care of. Little things like baseboards coming away from the wall and stains in the bath tub but nothing so bad to complain about. Only complaint I had is there was an event at the restaurant next door one night and upon our return from touring the coast we could not find a parking spot at the motel. couple of laps around the building we managed to get one as someone was pulling out. Otherwise no hot breakfast just fruit cereal individually PKG danish yogurt and option of instant oatmeal. Again not bad for a budget motel we have stayed in worse.

Sharmaine ( not sure if spelling is correct ) Was very personable and friendly. We came in late and she was able to get us a room on the main level for my brother. She was able to check me in and keep a conversation while on the computer.

Let me start off by saying the office manager was very nice and we had pleasant chatter and he always smiled and was attentive and always had good coffee available in the office. The proximity to the town was very convenient for our visit. Things that could be improved, it’s between two heavy traffic roads so upgrade the windows to a newer triple pane. None of our lamp tables power sockets worked for our phones so those should be checked as well. The tub drain did not keep up with the shower so it filled fast. And last, some of our bath towels had a lot of stains on them as well as the carpet turned my kids feet black when barefoot. Show attention to these things and we would love to stay again.
