Nice staff, that’s about it

Stayed one night after a Hawkeye game, didn’t mind paying the extra rate for game day but the place was gross. Room felt dirty, stains and holes in bedding. Floor seemed musty. Room had an odor. Glad I only had one short night

Cheap. You get what you pay for.

The safety lock on the inside of the door was gone. Don’t only had one deadbolt, and if anyone had a key they would have been able To get in. Not cool. The lock on the window was broken (first floor) there was little bugs all over the window inside the room. The roommate gross. Stains on all the shades, walls, I’m glad I couldn’t see the carpet…… it’s probably repulsive. Bugs in the bathroom. We didn’t even go look at the pool all the review were bad. It needs a 100% redo to get up to even a 3 Star standard.

We loved the area and that it was out of the business. The issues we had were inside of our room, the towels were stained, the conjoining door next to us could see into our room because it was missing the piece that hides the lock, and overall it wasn’t the cleanest room we’ve ever stayed in. Thankful for a bed to sleep in always but I expected it to be cleaner

Was a nice stay, but breakfast was a bit disappointing, not a biscuit and gravy type. Would have been nice to have a banana or apple. Waffle maker was a nice touch.

Great location, nearby shops and restaurants. Loved the breakfast (biscuits and gravy, plus the waffle). Room was clean, beds were clean. A/C worked well.

Toilet was loose. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room had a stale/moldy smell to it. Door to room did not close all the way itself, had to be pulled/pushed shut. All these problems were brought to front desks attention. Bed was hard as a rock.

This place put my girlfriend who has a Terminal Lung Disease in a room with black mold in the bathroom told us it wasn’t black mold which it is and said that Instead of a different room we probably would have too find somewhere else because if it’s black mold it’s probably in other rooms as well. They refused a refund it’s been a couple days and we are still waiting! 0/10 would not recommend
