They asked for my I.D. and I gave it to them. They put it on their copier and never gave it back and I didn't realize it until the next day. I called and they couldn't find it. They took it, hey knew where I was, knew how to get a hold of me, and they never did. Then they couldn't find it? Color me skeptical.

Staff where great and the check in process was easy. You get what you pay for. If you need somewhere quick and cheap and you don't care about getting a good nights sleep then this is the place for you.

The bathroom and the whole room needed to be remodeled. They did not have 2 smoking rooms that I ordered. They had to change my room because someone was already in my room.

I was satisfied with the process of getting a room however the employee did not take the initiative to check me in himself i was told to go through a third party. This is not a complaint it was what i was asked to do. Considering i haven't checked into a hotel in a while i assumed this might be the process now. I appreciated his help, he is my brother in Christ. Overall i was satisfied all things considered.
