Very good

The property was very nice. Con the lunch buffet for what is charged should be much better! No variety for the price.
But very nice I will return for another stay in the future.
Clean and friendly staff. Disappointing breakfast options, especially for a Saturday in the summer. Thankful for the staff member that recommended checking it out before paying! Cabin room was nice, comfortable bed
This was the absolute worst place we have stayed and I truly mean that. I will be calling some people about this place and the conditions of our room tomorrow. First off this isn't a single cabin like a lot of people think it is, it is very small studio type duplex with a paper thin wall and door standing between you and the other people. And that trust me you all will hear every breath, every cough, every private discussion and every toilet flush the other side takes your whole trip. Second, our room was not cleaned at all before we got there, the bed was changed and trash taken out but that's it. There was hair everywhere on the toilet seat, just all over it. Hair all over the tub. The floors were dirty and had not been swept or mopped at all. There were ants and silverfish crawling everywhere. And very large fresh rat droppings in the morning on the sink close to where our tooth brushes and other bathroom products were that all had to be thrown away after that because I was afraid they had rat feces and urine on them. I have pictures and videos of all this I will be showing whoever I speak with. But honestly I just can't believe the conditions this room was in considering it's part of a well known state park resort and gets so much business and also how much they're charging people for these "cabins" when it's literally a tiny little half of a room to share with another side but it's this filthy???? This is completely unacceptable!! This was such a disappointment.
Beautiful area, friendly staff and cottage was nice size. The cottage smelled strong of bleach. Floors were very dirty, dead bugs and other debris were under table, around the tv stand and beds.

Honestly the review needs to be 2-part: one part for the actual FALLS and surrounding park areas (gorgeous, well worth the trip) and the other for the accommodations/meals. We stayed in the lodge and it was a disappointent, even allowing for the fact that it is an older facility and one would expect it to be somewhat dated. We were on the 3rd floor---no elevator and difficult, narrow stairs. The room was small but adequate---very nice beds and linens. Bathroom is OK---NO shelves for your toiletries and an extremely low toilet, but excellent shower and towels. The dining room is a lovely space but the meals were disappointing, especially the "continental breakfast." The best part of the lodge is the lobby-level terrace with a wonderful view of the river...
The Lodge didn't look as grand in person as the online pictures. It was dark and dreary.
Rooms in the resort were really small as was the bathroom. It was very clean, though. I am glad we saw the Resort and waterfalls. I don't think we'll go back, though.
This was our second stay here, the first was great a couple years ago. I am sorry to say the place has gone way down hill.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Lodge is nice but rooms are dated.
The room had a leak in the bathroom and the drain was broke. The breakfast buffet had limited selections. The pool is not on site. This property is slated for a remodel on Nov. 2025.

The property is dated but the people are very nice. Receiving a map of the area is a bit different in terms of trying to navigate to the things you see on the online pictures but once you're here, it's simpler than you think. Now I have read about some of these points of interest is in walking distance. It's not something you want to walk to. The road leading to the falls are narrow and i don't think you want to walk on the streets. It's less than half a mile from where you'll be staying. The falls is a wonderful experience. It has a walking paths to different parts of the falls. They have a store that you can buy food and drinks as well as ice cream. They also have a gift shop. If you plan on booking here you better bring food. The restaurant charges for breakfast, lunch and dinner and its not cheap. They wanted to charge 2 dollars for coffee in the lobby. Nearest restaurant or food is about 30 minutes away. Lastly if you plan on staying in one of the cabins, prepare. The walls are thin and the noise level will definitely challenge your peace depending on whose next door to you.
