The person in the next room had a police scanner on most of the night. We got little sleep. The front desks did deal with it eventually but it ruined our stay. The room also had a leaky faucet in the bathroom with continually dripping water. I reported it. Staff were wonderful.

When I checked out the front desk said they would check my room then refund my money back to my card for the security deposit. Instead they charged my card another security deposit. I stayed because I work night shift at a hospital and bad winter weather so I was only there to eat, sleep and shower between my shifts. I have tried calling the hotel multiple times. When I first called their response was that is just how it looks on my bank statement I called my bank which informed me no you have been charged for your room and security deposit on check in and then another security deposit for the same amount at check out. I tried calling back and either they do not answer or hang up, my husband attempted to call and when he told them my name and why he was calling they said let me check and then hung up on him. I called the cooperate number they told me it was individually owned and I would need to contact the property, they also told me to contact hotels.com I booked through to issue the refund I informed them I did not pay the security deposit through hotels.com I paid it at the front desk upon check in so it’s not included on my hotels.com receipt, the hotel is the one that needs to issue the refund. Basically paid double for the room with all the security deposits I was charged my bank told me everything has posted to my account and there are no refunds showing pending. Also was woken up the first day due to a fire alarm going off & kids screaming.

This stay was okay for 1 overnight, not for more than that. The place needs an air purifier or plug ins because it reeked body order and cigarettes. The hallway were narrow. The walls and floor are paper thin you can hear everything. The sink was not attached to wall I thought that was kinda weird. But the staff were nice and it's in a decent area.

I did not sleep most of the night since the next room had the TV going all night long. The family was nice, but they left the TV on all night with a relatively loud volume. The wall between rooms have little insulation so noise travels. There is a lot of not so well-maintained little things that make a room feel comfortable. We noticed items repaired by others that performed poor work, and it shows with the condition of the entrance door, bathroom and shower. I was disappointed in the level of service of the property and room conditions for the money paid. Definite not value-for-money and I do not recommend other staying at this hotel. My apologies about the statements, but it seems as if upper management does not care about premise/hallway/room appearance based on customer perception from what they see.
