There’s drop ceiling hanging down, the pool has tiles falling off the wall, dirty socks and old hair ties lying around. The elevator was disgusting. If it wasn’t SO last minute that we needed a place to stay and my kids weren’t as exhausted as they were we would’ve bolted. Quite disappointed. Definitely think this place should be reviewed by corporate. Absolutely disgusting.

This property is going under renovation, but not our room. It's outdated with no lights throughout, only light is by the bedside lamp and 2 pot lights on top of the window. Too dark. No hooks, closets to hang any of our clothes. Very displeased with the stay.

The property could use a little TLC but it was a good value for the price. Cookies at check in and water at check out was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Walmart and a few restaurants walking distance. The room was clean and I felt safe. I was traveling solo so I didn't mind but FYI, the rooms are extremely small.

The check in was exceptional. The staff are super nice, and friendly. The road out front is under construction and kind of a pain, but not the fault of the hotel. Interior of hotel is also being updated, and will be really nice when its finished, but makes the check in area feel very crowded. We had a handicap room (i wanted the king bed!) And it was clean and all, but there is 0 counter in the bathroom, so its not very easy to apply makeup or anything. Maybe because of the access needed? The info sheet the check in person gave us was very helpful! Especially when you are looking for the lights! Overall, it has been a pleasant experience and there is access to plenty of shopping and food close by. We would stay here again.

Good hotel, friendly staff

I arrived just before midnight and Crystal at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. It has been many many years since I've stayed here. They are undergoing some renovations and that's what is keeping me from 5 stars across the board. I'm interested to stay here once again after they are done with the construction. We had a good nights sleep.

The property is under renovations and we understand maybe thats why the pool room hardly had any lighting. The heated pool (once we adjusted to the very dim light ) and the breakfast were the best parts for us! The room could have been cleaner so that's the main reason we wouldnt stay again.
