Contrary to many other reviews, we found our room to be clean and easy to access. It looked as if it had been recently painted and had new flooring. The contental breakfast was straight forward contental- cereal, toast, and freshly (self-made) waffles. Coffee, water, and juices available. Ended up being a quick spot to stay at and was good for the price.

Stayed 2 nights with grandkids. Ac was cold and comfortable. Beds were good and comfy. Not enough towels but had some of our own . Kids enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff . Enjoyed the grounds . Quiet , hardly any disturbance. We were staying only 1 night but wanted to stay extra night and got a great rate for one more night. Which was good for us so we were able to do more fun stuff . Enjoyed breakfast but had to be there 6 to 9

The room was dirty, ragged old furniture, commode nasty, no towels.....and had the audacity to charge me to keep my dogs there.....they stayed in their crate...dud not want them to catch anything!!!! The pillows where like pieces of foam thrown into a bag,oh my rhe bed and matress....the a/c sounded like a thrashing machine, sounded like someone was in the barhroom and kept dropping something.....needless to say, I did not sleep all night.......the worse experience in a hotel ever....the second worse was in another hotel on the same strip in the same town, Rockport.....go figure!!!!

The room was clean except the floors were gritty. The ac was cold. The people next door were in and out all night. Their room was a double queen with at least 6 to 8 people in that room. The breakfast was average. My biggest complaint is that in the many years I have traveled and stayed in motels I have never had anything come up missing. My Underarmor shirt is missing. I checked the room thouroughly and checked to see if it was at home once I arrived. It was not. I called to make the hotel aware and they were basically dismissive. I will not be back, but from their attitude they do not care. Do yourself a favor do not stay in cheap places like this.

The staff was very helpful, but the rooms need updating and cleaning, small bugs in the coffee maker, the room smelled of Mold. Econo lodge could do better.
