The room had scuffed walls right as you enter. Some of the light fixtures damaged, broken. Base boards scuffed and dirty.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room. We were promised clean towels if we needed them. None were provided and they told us since the hotel was fully booked they were out. Breakfast was a joke! No coffee, watered down juice. Soggy eggs, no bagels! This wasn’t worth the amount of money we spent to stay in what should’ve been a nicer hotel than others around.
