The breakfast was terrible for 12 bucks a piece. No drink bar so the waitress had to wait on 10-15 tables and get everyone a drink. The chairs all over the hotel were stained and worn. Never again.

The room was great, but the front counter was AWFUL. Not only was my card charged THREE SEPARATE TIMES. I am still waiting for those charges to stop pending and drop when I was promised it would happen same day if I just let them try to charge it. So upset.

I did not like the fact that we had to ask people who didn’t even look like they worked there. They looked creepy and they would take us up to our room because they were not able to make us our own keys for a whole day until the next morning, did we finally get a key for a room And then even after that the key kept getting deactivated so I had to keep going to the front desk, another thing I didn’t like was the restrooms are very outdated. The wallpaper was falling off the room smelled like mildew, and it even looked like there was a camera in the air vent With a little green light flashing.

Key card system was down the day we checked in. Staff were taking people to and from their rooms. Not the business’s fault but an inconvenient start to the experience overall. Didn’t get a key card until the next day before checkout. No attempt at compensation of any kind for the inconvenience.

The key system was down when we arrived to check in. It wasn’t until the evening that we got our key cards. They did give us free parking for the inconvenience. The restroom was very small. The tub was dirty especially around the drain area. There was only 1/2 of a toilet paper roll in the room.

The staff here really is excellent and friendly! This hotel is in an excellent location and makes enjoying the bay, Cole Park, and the entire city very convenient. The only things I ding the property on is that the entrance to the parking garage was often blocked by cars checking in so we’d have to circle the block to get in. Additionally, we had a hard time getting the water to get above lukewarm when taking showers.

Slow checkin! Desks full of staff, checkin process is so slow! Rooms stink, towels smell like they have been put away for years. Damp carpets, and stained sinks. Right off shoreline drive, NOISY!

Overall, the stay was great but there was some minor inconveniences. When checking in was told the key cards weren’t working correctly, the a/c unit in the room had some minor issues but the staff remained attentive throughout our stay and made sure we were in good standing

I was extremely disappointed, when i got to the hotel my reservation had been cancelled so i had no where to stay for the night. I had a two and half hr drive back home that was not planned. I dont know that i will use this app again to book rooms. I was told that expedia had over booked rooms so my reservation was cancelled.

Waited to check in at front desk for 30 minutes. No one was at the front desk. Only a sign that said “be right back”. Machine to make room keys was not working so they had their handyman walk everyone to their rooms to open the doors whenever they needed. Balcony door did not open. No hot water. Very disappointed and frustrated with this hotel. Will never do business with them again.

Its 10.00 pm an we have not gotten my room key. They didn't even ask if we might want a com breakfast or if we could get some off or room or points. I know things happen an they can't do anything about it but this was my birthday weekend an it's not going good when you have to have the staff let me in my room every time I leave. The first time we stayed it was great but not tonight.
