It's in a great location with great staff. The rooms could use an upgrade in the fit and finish. The rooms fixtures, especially in the bathroom need to be replaced or upgraded.

The AC in our room was not working and we were offered a "free breakfast" or the option to pack up our belongings at 12am, go downstairs to check out in hopes there was a room to check us into with a working AC. We were so disappointed, we had no sleep and checked out as soon as we showered and packed up. The lack of customer care and service was non existant a pure disappointment. We travel frequently and are not ones to complain, we understand hiccups and typically sympathetic with this hard industry but our stay was horrible at best. Thank you, Monica ><>

I’m gonna first talk about the pros of the hotel visit greeted exceptionally well by the front desk. The bar downstairs is awesome. Great service by destiny. The food was great the next morning for breakfast I was greeted exceptionally well. The service was great. Food was good. the only downside about this hotel visit was my bed and the room. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the AC was not working no matter how low I said it, it was not blowing cold air. It was hot and the bed was not comfortable. That’s it. I meant to tell the front desk, but I didn’t get a chance to.
