It was clean but old and not well maintained. The wall paper was curled up, everything in the room looked old and outdated. The worst thing was that they checked my room out to someone else while I was still staying there. The manager, Arielle Del Bosque did not even offer anything to us for the error made. This place has lack of customer service.

Elevator waiting for a long time hotel noisy telephone service 0 no answering rude person in dinner bar absolutely not friendly parking for guests is more expensive for the visitor I will not ever go to this hotel again

Our stay was excellent! from check-in to employees checking in on us as we sat outside on the patio. Everything was great and the staff was so friendly. They were always smiling and asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything. I don't think we've stayed at a hotel where everyone was attentive. Although we only stayed overnight, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again.

The water to shower would not get cool. It was either hot or scorching hot. And the tub was so dirty when we got there. You can feel the slime. And the person we checked in with was not so welcoming. He seemed irritated and not wanting to be there. It threw us off. Felt like we were being annoying when really we were very quiet people. We paid way more for something that could’ve been reserved somewhere else. Evening shift was so nice! And gift shop people were great! All the guest we ran into were also very nice. The elevator was fun to go up and down in lol like a roller coaster. Parking was easy and nice. Morning/Day shift needs to work on attitude and smiling :/ wasn’t to sure if they had a rough morning already but they just didn’t seem like they were welcoming and definitely the tone of voice was not it. During the night it got hot in our room and then cold… was not a pleasant temperature throughout the night
