Pool was a little dirty and the grills for certain cabins aren’t accessible without being in someone else’s property. Also parking for some cabins is inconvenient. We parked across our cabin right next to another persons cabin. Like right next to their window and their front door. Seems odd. never had that issue before and we’ve been staying here since 2018

The property is beautiful. The room was very clean and had easy access to swimming pool and bbq pits. With that being said the check in process is crazy. Literally nobody is in the office to check you in. It was a weird process but the pool and landscaping of the place made up for it. We had a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back.

Cute and peaceful stay.

This was our first time staying at Pelican Bay Resort. We decided to add an extra day to our vacation and picked Pelican Bay. I wish we had stayed here longer. It was so cute and quaint. The pool area was fun and clean. We also enjoyed fishing off the pier. We will definitely be returning.

The pool area was super cute. I’ll give it that much. The room was eh… the carpet was very dirty. We walked on it with white socks and it made our socks brown. There were a few roaches and the tub was dirty.

Every room had a parking spot except our room. We drove around the lot which isn’t very big too look for it. Was not very spacious to move around. Other than that we just stayed the night so it wasn’t too bad.

I like how close to the water for fishing and it's own fishing peir. What I didn't like was that the cottage we got, It had a backtop sewer and couldn't use the toilet and shower for seven hours of rental time. No one is in the office after 5 pm. Called a phone number on front door display and reported the issue. Had to go with the family to near restaurants to use the restroom. They knew about the issue and still rented the cottage to us. Two men were working on the sewer port on the side of the cottage when we arrived. It's a shame that they gave us the cottage knowing the bathroom was not working. Everything else was good.

The policy that the guest is responsible for cleaning dishes upon leaving means I have to clean before I use them. No monitoring of children at the pool so it makes pool use less enjoyable. Bathroom has nothing to hang stuff on, especially in the shower. Shower head could not be pointed down so it sprayed the wall over my head. Cabin was very spacious and we would come back just knowing some of the obstacles.

My family of four had a great time in our recent stay. The resort offered everything we wanted for our visit. Before booking, we reached out to the property and spoke with a representative who provided very helpful information on the cottages and the check-in process and pet fee. The day before our trip, we were contacted by Grayson who very apologetically notified us that the pool would be out of commission during the time of our stay and offered us consideration on our fee. We happily accepted because we liked the area and especially wanted to take advantage of the private fishing pier. The bed was comfortable, everything in the bathroom and kitchen worked well and the internet service was helpful to keep the kids occupied too. We will definitely stay there again for a future visit.

The stuff was really helpful and friendly. Checkout was smooth… the room was spacious and clean… amenities were good… the access to the pier was a plus plus! the only thing was parking was very limited and not too accessible at full capacity, outside the doors were sand bags placed… not sure if thats standard of the location, but it didnt take away from the experience. I would stay there again. :)

It is a nice place that offers a full kitchen. Just be sure ti take your own cookware and cutting boards, etc Great location with a beautiful view of their fishing dock.
