Duct work conducts sound from nearby rooms. Jacuzzi water was lukewarm half the time, and you have to call someone from the front desk to turn the jets on!! Kids are allowed to run and scream in the hallway at 6:00am without the staff doing anything about it (I had to yell at the inconsiderate parents). Again with kids being allowed to touch and practically play with food items in the breakfast buffet. Room keys stopped working a full hour before checkout time.

Booked a king bed suite. When I got there I was given 2 queens. Tried to switch they didn’t have. I blame Expedia. They sold me a bed that the hotel did not have. Made the check in process uncomfortable for the girl behind the counter, the manager and myself.
