Restaurant Experience

Our hotel was good but our restaurant experience was not so good. They told us that it was a 30 minute transition wait, end up waiting 52 minutes until our waiter took our order. Waited 30 minutes again for our food and even then we didnt get everything we ordered. While we waited for our salad, which never came out, we end up leaving pay full price for our food. The manager was staying right by when we were cashing out and did not offer a discount and just told us thank you for your patience. I was annoyed because it took 1 and half and we didnt get all of our food. They need to work something out to make sure the transition between breakfast and lunch is quick and people are not waiting too long. We were going to go elsewhere but we thought 30 minutes is not too bad but it actually was longer, by this time we already invested patience so we stayed.

Good beds- great breakfast buffet

Great stay! The staff was so friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious and cheap. They made custom ordered omelets. Comfortable beds and quiet The only negative is the smell of cigarettes in the lobby. The rooms did not smell at all

Family of 4 did a week road trip and we decided to stay for 1 night here. The hotel is nice and bed is comfortable. We went straight to the restaurant after dropping our things in our room. 5 STARS for the server / staff at the restaurant for being friendly and greeted us with a smile. Limited choices on their menu that night coz most on the main course are not available. Food was yummy and cost was reasonable. We spent some time at the casino after we ate. We realized there were only 3 towels. We called the front desk to request for 1 towel. A man came and handed us a towel but questioned us how come we waited until 11PM to ask for additional towel whereas we checked in at 6PM. The man also added the words “ IT LOOKS SUSPICIOUS FOR YOU GUYS TO REQUEST FOR TOWEL THIS LATE. A LOT OF PEOPLE NOWADAYS ARE STEALING TOWELS.”

Nice stay

Great hotel to stay at when visiting the four corners monument. It was lovely and clean, with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet for $12 was really good too.

The room was nice. I didn't realize they don't allow alcohol in the hotel. The hair dryer was broken and had to contact them 2 days to get it replaced. The room was nice and the hotel is about 30mins from Mesa Verde National Park which was why we were there. The only thing is they could be a bit more attentive.

The casino was beautiful and easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was lack of dining options. You have to drive 15-20 minutes to find another restaurant if you don’t want to eat at one of their two limited options.
