Dissatisfied with my experience

Was a higher rating before, but I have since had a bad experience. I am currently between homes and I am traveling with my pets. The first time around they claimed my cat dedicated behind the bed, yet I was apologizing, I am not sure if it actually happened. So for the second time around, I kept a close eye on all the pets. Now, the floor flooded due to I thought was the fridge, but seemed to be coming from the room next to me. I went to check in for a 3rd go around and now they can't rent to me because the animals left a smell. Now they can't rent the room. So this was the excuse the first time, yet it was rented. Now another turn it is so bad they can't use the room. I am certain that this is untrue. My animals did not their business anywhere but the where they were suppose to. My cats box we as cleaned daily. I even was nice and dumped the box in a bag in their dumpster. If I saw food or water I cleaned it. I am traveling with my own cleaning supplies. I am deeply disappointed on how I was treated. I was told the minute I was checking in the problem. They never notified me ahead of time, to make rescheduling easy. Then I had to cancel my reservation in this app, because they couldn't do it and then try to get a refund. I paid for it already. I am extremely unsatisfied. It is a mid price hotel, and what I paid for, I feel that they should have paid me. I made my own bed several times. Told daily housekeeping was mandatory for pets, however, i had to constantly remind them

This is my go to place. The staff is some of the best and friendliest in town. The property is always clean as well as the rooms. I have never had a bad stay at this property.

Very rude and disrespectful staff and booking agent I clearly said two travelers not one and they made this huge deal about it I couldn't sleep because all the people coming in and out of the room next to me was obviously drug dealers of some sort

Super clean, quit and a great price.

We were in town to do some personal business and found this motel on the app. The pictures show a clean room in an easy to access. For the price we fighter we didn’t like it we could go elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for a downstairs room and it was not a problem. The room wS super clean, quiet and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. The linens were so soft and comfortable. The pictures were accurate, I had white socks I walked through the room in and there was not a mark on them. We were very happy and will be staying again.

Below expectations

Website pics are much nicer than actual location. Didn't feel safe. First room the deadbolt didn't work, second room had blood on the top blanket and room was very dusty. Was kept awake all night by another guest and friend running up and down the outdoor concrete hall all night. Expected a little more for $75.
