This was the worst hotel experience of my life! Instead of a private jet tub in the bathroom, we got a filthy, regular tub that was about 50 years old. The room was dusty, dingy, and sticky, every surface including the floors. Rusted screws stuck up from the floor boards, a drawer was full of loose tobacco, the curtains were falling down, the TV didn't work and there was no WiFi. There was no staff on site to address our issues, and I ended up having to abandon our room and drive two hours home with my young child.
No private hot tub as advertised.

Move on up the road.

Lots of non working items s7ch as bathroom light and hair dryer. We booked 4 rooms and 3 of 4 had something not working. The 4th room had a lot of contruction material slopped up on door and shower was stained with black.

When we arrived, we could not locate the lobby. It was poorly marked behind a small convenience store. The lobby was small and cramped with only room for two chairs and an ice machine When we got into we looked around.The place had been recently painted, but they painted over damaged walls. Th bathtub looked dirty, but it had been refinished sometime in the past was worn off and rough.There was epoxy around the drain where they apparently tried to fix a leak. The sheets were clean and no signs of bedbugs. The tv did not work. Immediately went to the front desk. The desk clerk came to the room and looked at the TV, said it was ok.5 minutes later not working again. He said a maintenance guy would be there in an hour or two. We went to dinner and came back three hours later. Still not working. The night guy did not know anything about it and claimed there was nothing he could do about it. He said there was no housekeeping staff and no maintenance people on the premises. He claimed he had no way to contact his supervisor and refused to change rooms. There were people outside some of the rooms smoking something that did not appear to be tobacco, and they were noisy. While sitting in the room we could hear the neighbors tv and voices very loudly. We turned the heater on, and the room was filled with a musty smell. When I went to take a shower, the water was warm, but within 5 minutes, no hot water. We waited a good two hours still no water. No hot water in the morning either.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Checked in walked into the nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke. The floor was dirty. The bathtub was disgusting. Went straight to the office and told them no thank you. Please refund. Still no refund 5days later. The pictures online are NOT what the rooms look like. Do NOT stay at this hotel. The first clue was it looked like someone broke into the room. The curtains did not cover the window. Just gross and unprofessional.

The longer we stayed, the more we found....

Room looked like they tried to remodel, but it was done cheaply and quickly. The room smelled clean, but thwre trash and hair in the shower, and boogers on the wall next to the toilet. Half of the outlets didnt work. The coffee pit was so dirty that the water wouldnt drip into the karafe. It took 45 minutes to check in, and the desk clerk didnt even speak english. He was rude. Girls in cut off tank tops and short shorts were outside of room smoking. Advertised with a hot tub....no where to be found.

We had advanced reservations and arrived (admittedly) about an hour before check in time. We waited nearly ten minutes and I went out of the office seeking anyone who could help. Finally found someone who said he was minding the front desk and he told me that I had to come back after 3pm to check in. So, we did. I was handed a bill to sign and agree to that was nearly $30 more than the certified reservation from Orbitz that I held in my hand. After several more minutes, he made the correction with no explanation and it was correct. The room itself was reasonably nice but it was clear the floors had not been cleaned to remove the pet urine from prior guests. The AC/Heater knobs had been removed and very difficult to operate...not a real issue but it did get down to 40 degrees that evening. All in all, I regret the stay we had and suggest that you find another place.

Place is ideal for the price. Rooms were clean and comfy. Some noisy neighbors and abundance of garbage around the garbage bins but all in all I would go again.
