missed something while cleaning

I thought this was a good stay for the money. it was spacious and clean except for the pair of underwear laying on the floor that someone overlooked while cleaning.

I wish there was the option to upload pictures. The safety latch with part of the door frame was completely off the door . Room smelled musty. there is mold in bath room. My card was charged before i arrived causing travel issues. The you lady working the front desk , looks to be a teenager. wearing a tee-shirt and pajama bottom(SpongeBob). Told me she works 7am to 10pm (15hours)every day. 2 days a week someone else comes in and works 8 hours , so on those days she only works 8 hours .

The room we stayed in had a terrible musty old smoke smell. The bed itself was good but the rest of the room was old and outdated with faded old curtains and stained and discoloured carpet. We were travelling with a 1 year old and we didn’t feel comfortable having him walk or crawl on the floor or the couch and chair. Needs some major updates, carpet replacement and a interior paint job to help combat the scent.

You cannot beat the price I paid for a night. The only deficit was the room had a slight odor of cigarette smoke. Everything else was great!

Room was alright and stay was good until we got home and found they had charged us for missing and stained towels when we had our own towels and left their towels in the room. I asked for proof of missing and stained towels and the rude women couldn't provide anything and refused to refund the money. Definitely make sure you are checking your accounts as they charge you for whatever they want

Nice hotel, however paper thin walls. Washing laundry is a mess, buy pods in lobby (credit card only), told to get change from liquor store for machines (which DONT operate with coins…) No restaurants to eat within 4-5 blocks. But, place is ok.

The price of just over $100 was great. The bed was okay…King Shower/bathroom was clean but needs a bit of work … paint /light fixture flashing .. needed a new light bulb … when I mentioned it to worker, she didn’t understand english. It was a okay stay for the price. We went cheap and got what we paid for. Would I stay again. Yes as the price was good and room was okay clean

Exploring Washington

The room was a deluxe room. The room had nice space but the carpet was dirty and had a damp feel to it. The room had a heavy musty smell. Had to use the AC on high to vent the room. The staff was friendly and so was the new puppy. Close to Safeway/Starbucks and a few restaurants.
