Curtains in room were broken, grounds were ran down and in need of attention. There is nothing around this facility, very small town. Large hole in the wall where it appears they were working on a plumbing issue.

First room AC was off but we were told it would soon cool down. After not cooling we were moved to another room that was cooler but had posted notes stuck on head board. Clearly lacking in attention to detail when cleaning. In the morning coffee maker didn’t work. We’re staying at Best Western tomorrow.

TV did not work and I was told due to bad weather. There wasn’t any bad weather or it would come on in 2 hours. I expected customer service someone to come and set it up correctly . Didn’t enjoy breakfast no hot tea and juices frozen.

Check-in was quick, instead of being given directions to the room I had to ask. The staff was pleasant but the parking here is the worst I have ever experienced, lack of parking was the big drawback for me. I won't be staying here again.

Weird hotel

Not enough room in the parking lot, so I was forced to park next door three of the four nights I stayed there. I found cockroaches in the hotel room every night. The Continental breakfast had no eggs, no milk, nothing to put on waffles except syrup, and nothing to put on toast. They had tons of cereal, but no milk. There was never any milk. I got there at 6:00 a.m. and there was no milk; it's not like they ran out, they just never had it. Stray cats everywhere, attracted by food left outside by the employees. The cleaning service cleaned my room only one of the nights I was there, but they did not clean. They did not change the sheets. They did not do anything except make my bed. Couches are ripped and torn in the lobby/ breakfast area.
