Staff were very courteous and were able get us a handicap room since my elderly inlaws were traveling with us. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and had a walk in shower.

Front desk was on the phone when I arrived which is no problem but a simple gesture acknowledging my presence would have been nice. After ten minutes she hangups but has another client on the phone which is okay. In total I waited 15 minutes to be seen. Once I was finally attended another guest came down stairs claiming to have locked herself out so the lady in the front desk stopped what she was doing and attended her. After driving all the way from a different state I waited almost 35 minutes to check in even after I have reserved and paid for the room. I left and stayed at another hotel.
