Staff was amazing and very nice. Stephanie at the front desk was one of the nicest people we've met. She went out of her way to make our 11 yo daughter very comfortable and always made time to talk to her. We loved it here and will definitely go back!

The staff made it feel like home. It was not what a luxurious place, but all of our needs were met. The room was clean and the pillows were soft. What really made our stay enjoyable was the staff. From the moment we walked in the door, Stephanie welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty. I would absolutely not heaitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The room was clean, updated , and very comfortable. Location was very convenient to the airport. The hotel it tucked away under all the freeways, but it was affordable and very nice inside.

The room was very clean- the staff very friendly and helpful. Great price. Great recommendations on where to eat dinner and the breakfast was wonderful. We are going to be back in Omaha in the future and already reserved our room here for our next stay!

Basic, pass for something else

Nothing exciting about this property. Basic room and breakfast. Night clerk was very grumpy when we asked for coffee before breakfast hours. Eventually just asked for more pkgs for room. Saw 2 (possibly homeless) men in lobby early AM. When checking out, desk clerk was babysitting a little one. Traffic noise from highway/interstate. Probably will not return again.

I look for accomodations that are clean, comfortable, & safe at a reasonable price. I've stayed twice at BridgePointe. I usually travel with food for my special diet, and their in-room refrigerator is better than most. Their free breakfast is OK. I found the bed to be comfortable.
