Glad we found this place!

Quick overnight stay while traveling through. Nice hotel overall, but due to current renovations, some entrance/exit doors were not accessible, which meant we had to park by the main lobby entrance and carry luggage down a long hallway--after climbing stairs (no elevator). The room was clean and comfortable, though, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and quaint.

Bed was soft. Fridge and freezer spacious. More channels might be nice and tv wasn’t very big but I was comfortable and unbothered for the most part. Price was great.

Love this place

This hotel is always so clean, the front desk gals are super kind and fun to talk to, beds are comfortable and I always sleep so good. The breakfast is good also. This is my go to place when I need to stay in the area.

It was in a very shady area of town sharing a parking lot with a cannabis store and next to a liquor store. The pictures of the inside look nothing like the inside of the hotel. The inside is very outdated. The room was clean but the bedding was very outdated and the whole building gave a pay by the week vibe. There was a homeless man camped out in the lobby when I checked in at 5pm and both the night clerk and morning clerk acted like they would rather be anywhere else. It was very noisy outside all night. Sounded like drag racing going on down the road all night. All in all, I would say this hotel is not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying there unless you have no other options.

Beware!

BridgePointe Hotel Stay - [ ] No place to safely park a truck and trailer, had to go to the back where there were 2 big holes in the fence where anyone could get to the vehicle. Our equipment was not very secure. - [ ] Toilet was “sweating” when the lid was closed. Water was all over the lid and seat. - [ ] Beds are like sleeping on concrete - [ ] There was lotion in the soap dispenser and nothing in the lotion dispenser. I had to wash my hands with shower gel. - [ ] Breakfast was good, but we discovered an outdated danish and let the girl who was tending the breakfast bar know about it and she said that as long as it wasn’t moldy it would be ok to eat it. We said that we weren’t going to eat it and she got an attitude and asked if we wanted to throw it away and we said that she could do what she wanted with it. She took it from us and huffed and turned around and forcefully threw it into the garbage. You don’t serve outdated products to customers. - [ ] We went to check out and the front desk attendant, which happened to be the same breakfast bar attendant as in the previous complaint, was breaking down boxes in the room next to the front desk and didn’t even acknowledge that we were even there. My husband went to the room and asked if we leave the room keys on the counter and she just yelled out from the other room, yes. She didn’t take the time to come out of the room and check us out even after making eye contact with my husband. She was very unprofessional.

I did’t realize that it was so far from the airport and I thought it had an airport shuttle. The breakfast was mediocre. The milk was ok but it expired the day we were there. The biscuits were doughy and the eggs tasted like powder. The sausages were good. Staff were friendly. Especially Danny when we checked in late at night.
