Many customers had issues with key card issues opening doors while at the hotel. The breakfast was not ideal. Hair was found on our beds upon entering our room for the first time. The elevator broke on our day of departure.

We had a suite with a pull out bed in the loveseat and when we pulled the bed out there were mouse dropping on the blankets. The staff did provide a clean set of blankets for the bed.
