Back door was broken and staff said to prop door open with rock. TV didn’t work and shower dispensers were empty. Noisy and disruptive people were above us, and staff was reluctant to resolve the issue

This place is a dump and VERY overpriced. First it’s hard to find because it has no sign. A crumbling parking lot greets you when you finally find it. The front desk person barely spoke English. The room we got was upstairs with no elevator. The toilet was dirty. The one, postage stamp size bar of soap had more in common with inert plastic than actual soap. Don’t bother unwrapping it. It doesn’t work! The bed has less give than the dirty floor. It was quite literally as hard as the floor. The one chair was broken. And it was crazy expensive and they had the nerve to charge extra for our dog. Absolutely don’t stay here. It’s a dump.

Not so good

No ice machine, no real tv it constantly needed reset to the point of annoyance. My room was at the end of long hallway with a door right around the corner but you couldnt get back in so I had to walk the entire length 2 times for every exit. I experienced bugs, loud running up and down the stairs late, cleaning crew fights in the mornings, minimal breakfast it was overall terrible and overpriced.
