Overall I liked this property. It’s an old and small but cheap, convenient and not too far from the downtown(if you have a car or use Ubers) hotel.
But I’ve got 2 really bad experiences. One is about housekeeping. They didn’t make up the room at all. It may be occurred anywhere. The problem is the next. I requested only new towels(not for making up the room) but they needed me to bring used ones to the front desk if I wanted to get new ones. At the first time, I refused it but they didn’t provide new towels because I hadn’t brought used ones. It happened! Should I bring used towels on the bathroom floor because they don’t make up the room by their fault? It’s the first time ever in my life.
The other one is about safety. At the bottom of the bed there are 2 steel sticks or something. I think they have to be supported the mattress. But due to using a small mattress than a frame in my thought, they are exposed to outside of the frame. It’s really dangerous and one of them makes me hurt in real.
I wanna make a complaint when I checked out but no one asked me like “how was your stay with us?” They just let me left the key at the front desk. Nevertheless the staff I spoked with about the towel last night told me she let her manager know what happened in that night.
