I was a bit surprised by how rundown this hotel was. When I walked into the room, I was shocked; it reminded me of a Motel 6 room. I have high standards and tend to be very particular, so I was disappointed with this choice made by my wife. I would not stay here again. I could hear noise from the adjoining room, with people talking loudly until about midnight. Additionally, I was awakened in the morning when their air conditioner turned on at 5:30. I recommend finding another hotel.

Easy check in, nice room with plenty of space for us as a couple. Only downside was no microwave or mini fridge, but TONS of food options within a 10 minute drive

The staff were friendly and efficient. We had a non-functional outlet in our room and when we mentioned this to housekeeping staff they immediately contacted maintenance and the outlet was replaced when we returned to our room a few hours later. Parking lot access was a bit tricky with the entrance on a curve of a main road and no outlet to the side road with less traffic. We ended up driving around the hotel hunting for the driveway.

We received our keys and went up to our room, only to find out room #244 did not exist. Went down to the desk- oops, sorry, it was room #224. Went back up to use the keys. Did not work. Back down to the desk. Then they worked. After driving 7 hours, we really didn't need to deal with these irritating issues. OK, we're in our room. Now I want to go swimming. Oh, the pool is closed. Ok, use the fitness room. Three machines, the treadmill is broken. You know, there were 2 other hotels we looked at, and we picked this one because it had an indoor pool and fitness center. Silly me, I guess next time I should call and make sure the hotel is fully functional. Really disappointed.

No microwaves in the rooms. There was one in the lobby for the whole hotel to share. The 4 days I was there it was never cleaned. You always had to wait at the desk for someone to come because they were never at the desk but in a back room. My kids are all older so they wouldn’t poop in the pool, as soon as they jumped in and started moving the water around poop was coming up to the surface I yelled at them to jump out. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I would never stay there again.
