Stayed for one night. Hotel is ok if you just need a place to sleep. Otherwise do not recommend. Ice machines also didn’t work. Stayed in the non smoking room but you can smell smoke in the hall way.

The toom had two beds one of which was on enes with the side rail operating as the base. The sheets that wrfe on the bed were in a pile wet and dirty stinking up the air. The split inn air unit was squeeling and barely hlowing air and was warm on a cold setting. I remkved the air filter frlm the unit and proceeded to remove the thick caled on dust from the

Disappointing Stay Due to Hygiene Issues

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The hallway had a very unpleasant odor, and our room’s floor was dirty, with sticky spots resembling dried glue. Although the beds were made, we found hair between the sheets, which raised concerns about the hygiene standards.

First off the parking lot was littered with trash and beer bottles. The room was discusting. There was poop or puke on the floor. Something was wiped on the walls. The rooms smelled like weed. The floors were sticky. When I went to the front desk to tell him about how dirty it was he told me he could have the cleaners come clean it again. When they came to clean it they just dumped cleaning solution on the floor and wiped it up with a dust mop. After explaining to the front desk that we were not satisfied with the room he told me if I wanted a cleaner room I should pay more… I was paying 177 a night… I do not recommend staying there.

Awful, filthy experience

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I was late in booking a room for the Berkshire conference, and this was all that was available. The room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke and there was significant noise from other guests and the highway all night. I additionally saw what looked like a prostitute and her clientele checking in at 6:15am. After having a terrible sleep, I told the front desk that I wanted to check out immediately and asked that I not be charged for the second night I booked. The front desk manager agreed to this, but hotels.com has informed me that the hotel subsequently changed their mind. Do not stay here.
