No remote in room and when we asked for a remote we were told they had none so we couldnt even watch the tv. The heater wasn't working, so we wiggled aroumd the exposed wiring on the floor until it kicked on.

Well the fact th as t its a meat freezer outside they said i had to check out n leave property if i continued to pay online renind u thats not wat i was told at the beginning i was informed 3days later...became inconvient and uncomfortable especially after a prior longterm resident says they never wer told to do such s thing so i i bvb stantly felt discriminated and im disabled

The door is broken in the back, anyone can enter. The elevator was randomly not working for like 30+ minutes. The heater unit in the room did not have an actual panel it was like demo unit where the buttons are fake and we had no heat all night.

There was no hot water neither in the shower or faucet for the duration of my stay. The toilet shook so hard I thought it was going to come off the floor. When I tried calling the front desk I realized the phone did not work. I went to the front desk but no one was there. The bed and pillows were also very uncomfortable.
