There was a door to an adjoining room. I found it open when I returned to the room. The catch for the slide bolt was missing. The adjoining room was occupied. It was very worrisome.

A place to sleep

It’s a place to sleep. Room was clean but there are some odors most of the electrical and plumbing is dated. Our room had a newer floor. If you are looking for a motel to just sleep you are fine. If you are looking for a hotel to relax you will be disappointed.

Property was just simply outdated and worn. It was college baseball World Series week and we needed a place to stay that was not highway robbery expensive (like the Embassy Suites and Hilton and others were in Omaha, proper). You get what you pay for.here, or even less. We had to go out for breakfast after our 2nd morning. Items were very limited. Hard boiled eggs and off brand sausage both were a little disappointing day after day. No hashbrowns. No omelettes. There were options of bananas and some prepackaged yougurt and waffles you could make up at the griddle they have. There are sugary powdered mini donuts, but if you want a real quality hot breakfast, you will not find it here. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer, it’s just a 2 star at best, type of facility. They were always courteous. A beat up parking lot, some litter and beer cans, takeout containers sitting around in the parking lot, and some characters hanging around that looked a little unsavory, but they never bothered us. There is an odor in the hallways of some kind of substance being smoked or an air freshener trying to cover such type of activity. You could hear the heavy metal exit doors slamming every morning to parking area around 5:30 AM or 6:00 as laborers were probably leaving for work, but not mindful of catching the doors when they swung back. Pilllows and mattresses are very soft (not firm) so if you want head support, you will have to ask front desk for extra pillows.

Had to stay here due to inflated CWS prices. It’s old and run down. Hard to pay $300 for a run down place. But the staff were super welcoming.

Dirty and stinky, this place was terrible! Lots of random people hanging around the exterior of the building drinking and smoking. We were traveling across country with our two young daughters and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a super nice hotel. We’ve stayed at Qualiry Inn & Suites before and had a good experience, this was beyond disappointing! The hotel room we booked was supposed to be smoke free, yet the room smelled like an ashtray with stale cigarette smoke permeating everything in the room. The air conditioning unit circulated the stale smoke air and I was concerned for the crap air my kids were getting exposed to. I went to open the window to let in some fresh air and the entire window pain (covered in bird feces) fell off the windowsill, the actual window was closed and unable to open. This makes me realize how much of a fire hazard this is, grrrrr! The hotel had not been cleaned from the previous tenant, the used soap & towels were still left on the counter and we wouldn’t attempt to get clean in the nasty, dirty shower in the bathroom. I checked the bed for bed bugs before attempting to sleep with one eye open knowing I didn’t feel at all safe or comfortable. Terrible experience! Do not book at this hotel, it should be condemned!!!

The stay was okay. Rooms are clean. Mo maid service for four days. No elevator for two story walk up. Breakfast was served not gond of boiled eggs four days in a roll. Pool area was in door snd towels available. We were always asked if we needed more food or anything else. Just not fond of the eggs and stairs with all our luggage.

We checked in, got food and then went into the room. Outlet plates were cracked making a hazard for our kids. The room was dirty and the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. We took a look at the mattress and it was disgusting. We finished our meal and checked out and went elsewhere. Was not comfortable having myself or my family stay.

No one available to check us in. Waited 15mins. There are still Christmas Decorations up in the lobby. It’s June. Room and hotel in general is outdated and dirty. Furniture is all worn and tacky. Chair is filthy. Stains on walls and found a fake eyelash on our dresser. ☹️

Honestly I’m really not one to ever leave a bad review or complain…. But this property says that it’s a good environment. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT! The manager called another guest a name… the place is FILLED with shady characters. Cleanliness is terrible. We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe we left right after checking in. The manager would not accommodated us in anyway with a refund. We trusted the reputation or Quality Inn and the site we booked with. NEVER AGAIN!

This property has been very poorly maintained. Any maintenance that has been performed has been done with no pride in workmanship. The painting is sloppy with paint splashes and drips on tile floors. An excess of caulk everywere as if that will fix the plumbing issues. Our toilet leaked from under the stool indicating a new wax ring was needed. Instead they just slathered caulk around the base of the toilet. The smell of sewer gas was strong if the window was closed. When informing the front desk person about the problem the response was only "Thank you for telling us". There was no place to hang clothing as the closet bar was missing. No iron or ironing board. Facial tissue dispenser was empty. The vinyl plank flooring had gaps and was so dirty that if we went barefoot, the soles of our feet turned black. Breakfast was included but limited to a few items. The traditional hotel waffels were just as one would expect. There were hard boiled eggs that were cooked until the yolks were green on the outside, there were some sausage links that were very dry and pretty low quality. There were 3 varieties of dry cereal, some yougurts, milk and coffee that tasted like it was made from over processed grounds. All of that said, the lock on the door worked, the sheets and towels were clean, the room was $60+ per night, and it was close to the highway. If you choose to stay at this property, stay for just these reasons. You won't get much in addition.

The chek inn person was kind of rude. I had a few questios about services near by and how to get a taxi for the airport and would not help or even try. All tje hallways stink at pod and cigarret smoke. The room was ok.
