Steering clear next time

Is this hotel permanently “under construction?” Is the cleaning staff expected to do all of the rooms? We put our sign on the doorknob that said “Please clean our room,” but it never got done. Plus, the person staying next to us put out raw fish sitting atop their trashcan in the hallway. It didn’t get picked up for over 24 hours and it smelled really bad. Not a great experience.

The suite we got was an excellent size for a family of 6. However, the pool needs to be cleaned and had offensive scratched into the grime on the side of it though the water Tempe was warm like bath water. There was also a rather loud party in several rooms on the property and though we called twice after 10 pm, nothing was done about the noise and slamming of doors.

No Good Experience

red Roof Council Bluffs was not great. Front desk was friendly, but TV didn’t work. No soap or shampoo in dispensers or in room. Hotel had a n unpleasant odor and rooms were noisy. In fact vaccums were running after 9pm.

They gave me a queen handicapped room. I booked a king bed. I payed $180.86 for a king room. The room was not good. It had a bad odor. I did not stay in the room. I stayed at another hotel. And accommodations was way better. So my trip to wasn't ruined.

No shower seat for wheelchair user

We had a wheelchair accessible room with a walk in shower, but there was no shower seat provided. When I asked for one, I was told it was in another room and that room was booked. They said they would text the manager and let me know if there was an “extra”, but we never got one, so my husband couldn’t shower.

Dirty and dank

Dirty and disgusting from the parkijg lot to the room. We set out bags in room went out to eat. Decided we would not stay there because it was gross and felt unsafe.

Felt unsafe with back door open

When I was at the property we immediately noticed the back door did not latch or require a key card to get in. It appeared broken potentially. Brought it to 2 staff’s attention and both acted surprised. The hallways smelled, no towels for the pool, the pool was cloudy and looked odd, our tub looked u clean, and the floor of our room looked unclean as well.
