We're handicapped. No elevator. Given different room. MULTIPLE burned out electric outlets. Smelled REAL bad. Holes in walls. Sink faucet ran constantly or you had to reach under the sink to turn both hot and cold to stop constant run. Permanent Water pooled on bathroom floor near wall and toilet but not seen to be impacted by use of the toilet. New shower but rusted curtain rod and towel holder. Inside bathroom door horribly scratched up. No glasses or ice bucket, but no ice in the dispenser either. Good bed. Nice pool. Continental breakfast extremely limited. Only one handicap parking space. Another guest said their room had comparable issues and had noted the same burned out and broken outlets in the public areas and the room. Duct taped carpet. Staff were polite but unhelpful. Due to a local event drawing 40,000 people to area meant we could not go to a different location.
New shower but rusted curtain rod.

Cheap for a reason.

Holes in the walls. Very out dated. Pool closed. Continental breakfast has six options waffles plain bagel white and wheat bread cereal and yogurt.

Window was broken and honestly the he guy was totally creepy and kept making comments about my friend leaving n being there at all like not sure why I'm allowed to have a visitor even if I'm the only one there I left at 7 am and the guy tried charging me another 100$ after I left for no reason that room was in better condition then when I showed up .... I'm very unhappy
