The place is in need of upgrades. The beds are on a hollow metal frame of sorts. Very loud when moving around. Sounded like you pushed in and let go on a metal can. The pool was clean. Lobby looks great. I don't think room was worth more than $130 a night. Also I shouldn't have had to empty a dehumidifier or the smell got worse room got uncomfortably warm

It was close to the Ark Encounter and had a nice Mexican Restaurant right beside it. The rooms were clean but outdated.

We did not stay after entering the room. This us very dated,the flooring was coming up and an old dirty rug to cover. We turned down the sheet and there was hair all over the blanket so we chose to leave. Do not recommend:(

Reasonably priced but not worth the money. Air conditioner leaked a lot of water on the floor. Entry door was obviously kicked in at one time, latch plate was missing and frame was bent. Breakfast consisted of donuts, cold cereal, packaged muffins, juice or coffee.

Staff was very friendly and the pool was a nice and clean. The rooms looked clean but once in, the smell from the air conditioning was terrible. Also floors felt sticky. It could have been the humidity but the smell coming out of the air conditioner was awful!

The room that we got was so moist. The tile floors were wet and the bathroom door would not close because the moist made it swell up. Bed sheets and pillows felt like it’s always wet. I went and told the front desk but he just told me that they will come and look at it. However, they never came by.

This property is an older two story motel. We stayed one night to go to the Ark Encounter. It was fine for that type of stay. This property is walking distance to the Ark. We found that Dry Ridge had all the eating places and shops.

The hotel staff was very nice. The corner bottom room was terrible! It was clean but had severe moisture issues. EVERYTHING was damp to touch no matter what you did. The bed sheets didn’t fit and mattress kept sliding off. It was clean but the moisture was terrible. They took our dirty towels but never gave new ones. Also there was kids that ran and jumped and screamed half the night upstairs. Not a good place to relax or sleep.

This hotel is right next door to the Ark Experience but otherwise it is not a place to return to. Our room had black mold on the ceiling and another section was leaking. The staff was very nice and moved us to another room. The breakfast area was very small and crowded but the food was decent.
