The pictures online looked great, clean, and welcoming. However once we checked in, we instantly regretted it. The room was NOT clean. The beds were sloppily made. There was a piece of someones weave on the floor, toothpaste on the vanity, hair under the vanity and in the tub. The curtains looked like someone closed then with food on their fingers. The aire condition was loud and made a horrible noise (that scared me 3 year old) everytime it turned off. And to top it off, there was, what looked to be silly string on the ceiling. Since I booked through Expedia they did not refund me and didnt even offer another room at the time. They did offer me Choice points - but not even enough for a nights stay. EXTREMELY disappointed & disgusted.

Not worth the money

It was dingy and dirty. I wasn’t expecting luxury but the carpet was damp, the room smelled like mildew and chemicals. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom, the shower was crack all across. Overall just dusty and smelled. Beds were ok and sheets were ok. We needed a last minute stop on a very long roadtrip. Overall for $187 for the night I would never stay here again.

Didn’t sleep. Stayed on the second floor and could hear every single sound from the people above us. Very loud creeking sounds from the ceiling anytime anyone walked which unfortunately lasted all night. I don’t believe the people above were purposefully stomping it’s just how thin the walls are. Attempted to use headphones but you could still hear the creeking through those too. Myself and two kids couldn’t sleep even with our noise machine running. When I complained to the lady at the counter in the morning she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even apologize. Stated she’d have maintenance look into and that was it. Very musty smell in the halls and our room. Rooms need updating. Didn’t feel clean, saw a bug in our bed the next morning. Will never stay here again!!!! Avoid this hotel!

Loved location, breakfast. 1st room smelled like pets, staff moved immediately. Carpet in room was worn. Should consider replacing.
