Amazing Staff

Never in a million years would I have imagined, when I booked this reservation and shared with them that we were celebrating Eli’s birthday with a Reds/Cubs game, the hotel would surprise him with such an amazing gifts! Thank you Holiday Inn and Suites !!

Great location and price.

Great location with easy access to Cincy airport , shopping and food. Clean room. Only complaint was we had an end of hall room next to an exterior exit and the door opening and closing was very loud during night and morning especially . Need bathroom exhaust fans also.

We chose the hotel because of the swimming pool, but it was in maintainence the 4 days that we stayed. I tried to contact the hotel for an explanation but got no response after almost a week. Very disappointing.

We had a good stay. I called the property to tell that we are going to be late. When we got there, the staff in charge got us settled in less than 5 mins. I should have gotten her name. She was so nice. It was a wonderful stay.
